    All Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

  • Will I receive updates for the purchased extensions?

    Yes, extension updates are available for as long as a license key is valid. Automatic updates will be available from the wordpress dashboard for the supported extensions. Otherwise, you will be able to download a new version of the extension from Your Account page at GEOmyWP.com and manually upload it to your site.

  • Will you help me solve a problem I might have with a purchased extension?

    Definitely! Support will be available for as long as your license for the extension is valid, which is one year after the purchase date. Support tickets can be submitted via our support page.

  • Does an extension stop working if its license expires?

    Absolutely not! All extensions will still work even after their license expired. However, A valid license key is required for access to updates and support.

  • Should I renew my license?

    If you want to keep your access to support and updates of the extensions, than yes. Extension's support and updates are available for as long as your license for that extension is valid, which is one year from the purchase date.

  • Who will have access to support and updates if I made a purchase?

    Only you, the purchaser, will have access to support and updates. Each license is connected to you by the email address you provided while purchasing the license.

  • Can I transfer, re-sale or distribute the purchased extensions/license keys?

    No, you are not allow to do so. Depends on the number of activations your license provides, you are allow to activate and use its extension on your sites or your clients sites only. Distribution of the source files as a whole or as parts is NOT PERMITTED.
