    It seems that by default “Your Location” is always plotted on the map. If you search by city, state, zip it’ll successfully return our locations and the location searched.

    How can we hide, or remove the “Your Location” pin from the map? I don’t want it to show – I want the relevant locations to show only.

    Hi Mike,
    At the moment it is only possible by editing the JavaScript file and removing few lines of code. I can guide you how to do that if you are comfortable with editing code.

    Hi Eyal, thanks. Yes, I’m comfortable with this type of edit. I would appreciate it if you were able to explain the steps.

    Sure,

    1) Open the file
    geo-my-wp/plugins/posts/assets/js/map.js

    2) comment out ( or remove ) lines 23 – 46 which should be:

    3) Save, test and let me know if it works.
