    Hi,

I set the “address” BP field as “Full Address” field in GMW.

    These are the settings:

Have input license key for Xprofile field addon OK. I tried version 1.4 first and then 1.3.1, no difference.

But when I browse to BP registration page: http://thebestwebsiteeverdevelopmenturl.com/register/

I have switched to the default theme and saw no difference. So it is not a theme issue.

Just found a post there and I will go through the same procedure.

If I fix the issue I will come back to mark the ticket as resolved.

For this to work, do I need to purchase “google maps” addon?

    Hello Wei,

The topic you created has the title “No Map shows in BP registration”. The Xprofile Fields add-on does not create a map in the registration page. It has only the address autocomplete and auto-locator features applied to the registration page. Now, I see that the address autocomplete feature does not work. That is most likely because of a missing API key. Since now Google requires an API key in order to use its mapping features.

Please see my reply here to learn how to create an API key and how to activate the mapping services. After creating the API key you will need to enter it in GEO my WP settings page.

Let me know if that helps.
