Refund Policy

To prevent any future inconvenience, please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase. You can also contact us for additional questions.

You got 14 days

If, for any reason, you are not happy with our products or services, let us know within 14 days of your purchase. We will cancel your subscription and refund 100% of your money ( see exceptions below ).

We cannot grant refunds on the following:

  • Lifetime plans
  • Upgrades
  • Renewal

Before granting a refund

Before we grant a refund, we ask you to deactivate the license key and delete the plugin from your site. We will not provide a refund while the license key or the plugin is still activated.

Please note, that by asking for a refund, you agree to deactivate the license key and delete the plugin from your site. Using our plugins without a valid license key is a violation of our terms and conditions and our refund policy.

If you decide to activate and use the plugin on your site after a refund is processed, we assume that you have changed your mind and wish to keep using the plugin. By doing so, you are giving us permission to reinstate your subscription and charge you for the plugin.

We refund a product only once

We allow you 14 days to test our plugins and see if they are right for you. And we understand if they aren't and you choose to ask for a refund. However, once we provide you with a refund for a specific product, you will not be eligible for a refund on that same product if you decide to purchase it again in the future.

We cannot grant refunds for the Ultimate Pass

If you wish to test some of our plugins before purchasing the Ultimate Pass, we suggest that you first purchase one of the other passes or a specific plugin and test it for up to 14 days. When you are ready, you can upgrade to the Ultimate Pass at any time from your account page.

We Cannot Grant Refunds For License Upgrades

Once you have upgraded your original license key, we assume that you are satisfied with our products, and the 14-day refund policy will no longer be valid.

We cannot grant refunds on a subscription payment

Once a purchase is made on our website, a yearly subscription is generated automatically. You can cancel the subscription at any time from your account page.

We will send you two reminders, two weeks and again one week before an automatic payment is processed. It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before it takes place.

We will not grant refunds on subscriptions payment.
