Using the Radius Per Location extension you can set a specific maximum radius value for each location on your site, preventing this location from showing in the search results if it is outside the radius that was set.
For example, if a visitor on your site is searching for locations nearby a specific address, say “Manhattan New York”, and within 20 miles, by default GEO my WP search form will display all the locations within 20 miles from “Manhattan New York”.Now, let’s say that a specific location is 18 miles away from “Manhattan New York”, then it will show in the search results by default. But if this location will have a maximum radius value set to 15 miles, it will no longer show in the search results, even though it is within the 20 miles that were set in the search form.
The Radius Per Location extension can be extremely useful when in need to limit the radius of the service providers such as delivery services, shipping services, professional services, and many others. GEO my WP search results will then be more accurate and will prevent the visitors of your site from getting results that might not be relevant to them.
